At Gayle’s Chocolates in Cottonwood, Arizona, we make the process simple and elegant. Choose any of our premium Gayle’s chocolate bars, and we’ll professionally wrap it in foil before encasing it in a high-quality, glossy white outer wrapper. We then personalize the wrapper with your custom design, including your company name, logo, special message, event details, or branding elements.

Custom chocolate bars are an outstanding way to promote your business, reward loyal customers, celebrate milestones, or create memorable favors for guests and events.

Wrapper Specifications

Our standard wrappers are printed on premium gloss white cover stock using high-quality inkjet printing, allowing for vibrant full-color designs. You can include text, logos, and even photographs.

Standard pricing includes printing and basic artwork setup when you provide print-ready files in PDF or JPEG format. Artwork requiring additional design work will incur a design fee.

Flavors

Our premium chocolate bars are available in ten delicious flavors: milk chocolate, white chocolate, dark chocolate, milk almond, milk cherry pecan, dark almond, dark cherry pecan, dark peppermint, milk peppermint, and dark orange almond.

Foil Colors

Silver foil is included in our standard pricing, and we can also provide a variety of colored foil options upon request for added customization.

Custom Molds

Gayle’s works with master mold makers to create custom chocolate bar molds. If you have a logo or corporate symbol you’d like recreated in chocolate, we can make that happen. A one-time mold fee of $350–$500 applies for all custom designs.

Timing

Please allow four to six weeks from the time we receive your approved artwork and deposit for delivery of your custom bars.
